I’m Megan Stephens, a licensed Nevada REALTOR brokered by Realty ONE Group (NV S.0175452). I specialize in new-construction homes across Henderson — from Cadence and Inspirada to Lake Las Vegas and the luxury hillside communities.
My approach is simple: give you all the information up front, link you straight to every builder, and never make you fill out a form to learn a price. Then I do the part that actually protects your money — reading the homesite, checking what’s being built around it, and negotiating your all-in cost.
A lot of my clients are relocating from out of state, so I tour homes and homesites with them over live FaceTime, or film walkthroughs and send the videos. You can buy a Henderson home without flying in — I’ll be your eyes on the ground.
The builder pays my side. The only thing I need is to register you as my client before your first visit and be there (in person or by FaceTime) on that first tour. That keeps your full representation — at no cost.
You don’t have to use a builder’s lender to get their incentive — but you do want a strong pre-approval in hand so we can move fast and negotiate from strength. I’ll introduce you to a lender I trust; talk to anyone you like.
