Whitney Ranch is an established, value-oriented Henderson neighborhood with quick access to the 215, Boulder Highway and the Galleria area. It’s home to the Whitney Ranch Recreation Center and a mix of single-family homes and townhomes.
New construction here is limited (it’s largely built out), but it sits right next to KB Home’s new Meriden master plan near Galleria/I-11 — so it’s a great base for buyers who want a central location with new-build options close by.
