Tuscany is a guard-gated, Tuscan-themed master plan in eastern Henderson built around the Tuscany Golf Club, with a private residents’ club, pools, tennis and a cafe.
It’s built out, so opportunities are almost entirely resale, but it’s a popular, amenity-rich choice for buyers who want gated golf living. I’ll line up resale options here against new construction elsewhere in Henderson.
